| CTM is a high performance epoxy laminating system formulated for applications requiring high thermomechanicalproperties under aerospace specifications. The system is suitable for hand layup, pre-wetted layup and injection moulding, with post cure at 40degC to 80degC or even anmbient temperature (not all hardeners). This laminating system is used for the manufacture of aerospace and military parts, racing car bodies and racing boats. There is a fire retardent version CTM-FAR that is approved for use under FAR 25853 rules.

Mixing MUST be as accurate as possible. The wrong mixing ratio will result in lower properties for the item once cured. We recommend the use of electronic scales, an automatic dispensing system or calibrated mixing cups. The mixture should be thoroughly stirred, with particular attention to the edges of the container. We advise using shallow trays and only mixing small amounts at any one time to avoid an exothermic reaction |

CAUTION Use in a well ventilated area. May cause irritation. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wear the appropriate protective equipment. If contact with skin does occur, wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water, do not use solvents. If in contact with the eye rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
