RESTER 4000 is a clear waterproof laminating polyester specifically formulated for the manufacture of surf boards. It provides a tough and hard wearing gloss coat, ideal for sail and surfboard construction.

Offering the highest mechanical properties, with the best UV protection required for these products, it gives excellent extra protection for Epoxy customs surf boards.

For this application, apply a thin layer of RESTER 4000 to the laminate produced with our Epoxy P10 "Glaçage" or P 150.

Catalyst: 1 - 2% of MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide)

It is very important to respect the following ratios between resin and hardener

Use in a well ventilated area. May cause irritation. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wear the appropriate protective equipment. If contact with skin does occur, wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water, do not use solvents. If in contact with the eye rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Ensure all persons likely to work, or come into contact with these products have been provided with the correct safety instructions.
